This Shipping Policy explains how we process and deliver both digital and physical products.

1. Digital Products

All digital products (including PDF guides and downloadable materials) are delivered electronically.

  • Delivery is instant after successful payment.

  • You will receive a download link via email.

  • If you do not receive your download, please check your spam folder.

  • If you experience technical issues, contact us at contact@survivalsecrets.co.

Digital products do not require shipping and incur no shipping fees.

2. Physical Products

We ship physical survival gear and related products to customers within the United States and internationally (if applicable).

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within:

  • 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)

Processing time may be extended during:

  • High-demand periods

  • Holidays

  • Promotional campaigns

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times:

  • United States: 5–10 business days

  • International: 7–20 business days (depending on location)

Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout unless:

  • A promotional offer includes free shipping

  • A minimum order value qualifies for free shipping

All shipping charges are displayed before payment confirmation.

4. Tracking Information

When available, tracking details will be sent via email once your order ships.

If tracking information is not received within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us.

5. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

We are not responsible for:

  • Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

  • Delays due to customs

  • Delivery issues caused by the carrier

If an order is returned due to incorrect address information, additional shipping fees may apply.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears lost:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Provide photos (if damaged).

  • Include your order number.

We will review the case and determine whether a replacement or refund is appropriate.

7. Customs & Duties (International Orders)

For international shipments:

  • Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes required by their country.

  • We are not responsible for customs delays.
