1. Digital Products (PDF & Downloadable Content)
All digital products (including PDF books and downloadable materials) are delivered electronically.
Because digital products cannot be physically returned, all digital sales are final and non-refundable once the file has been accessed or downloaded.
Refunds for digital products may only be granted in the following cases:

2. Physical Products (Survival Gear & Equipment)
We accept returns on eligible physical products within 30 days of delivery.

3. Return Process for Physical Products

4. Refund Processing
